Rochester Trucks saves money on their electric bill and has a fixed monthly payment that is adjusted annually based on actual load and usage.
This is a 48kw system using 250 watt Astronergy panels and a single 208 volt Fronius CL48 central inverter. Half of this system is mounted on a southwest facing pitched shingle roof and half is ballasted on a flat rubber roof facing south.
The Fronius Central Inverter provides constant feedback through an internet portal that is accessible from any computer, iPad or iPhone. It’s a simple matter to track performance on a daily or even hourly basis not to mention know when it’s sunny in Rochester.
